Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email and must be dated on or before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Sandard Time on March 29, 2017 to receive a 50% refund. After March 29, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time no refunds will be granted. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.
Replacement of a registered AANP attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. A $25 USD processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, April 10, 2017. After April 10, 2017 no substitutions will be allowed. The new registrant will be responsible for the $25 processing fee and will have to pay the difference in registration rate based on member type. The new registrant must be named in the written notification.
