Featuring Rob Kachko, ND, LAc, sponsored by
Research shows that Americans are feeling more isolated or lonely than ever, and social media is more cause than solution. As a public health concern, by some estimates, it’s as dangerous to feel isolated as it is to smoke 15 cigarettes in one day. Those who are most isolated have a 45% higher likelihood of early death from all causes, compared to 20% for obesity and 30% for alcoholism. A comprehensive Naturopathic Medicine care plan must involve helping our patients feel connected with their loved ones, their communities, and especially themselves. This Webinar will elucidate the latest research on social isolation as a determinant of health outcomes, and provide practical tips that you can begin to incorporate with your patients.
