What is included in my registration?
Fees include attendance to all program sessions, social events, some meals, receptions, as well as access to all exhibitor and sponsor displays. The Gala dinner is not included for students on Saturday, July 15 or for guest registrations.
Will there be pre-conference activities?
No, we do not have pre-conference activities planned.
Are hotel charges included in registration fees?
No, hotel charges are not included in the registration fee. Attendees must book their own hotel arrangements separately. A wide variety of accommodations has been blocked with rooms ranging from $139 and up. To make reservations, guests should contact the Biltmore at 1-800-950-0086 and identify themselves as part of AANP2017, the Annual Convention, or click here to make reservations online. 
Where can I pick up my badge?
You will receive your badge upon check-in at the meeting. Your badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in the online registration process.
Is CE credit available for meeting sessions?
Yes, the AANP Convention has been approved for 22.75 credits of Naturopathic Continuing Education. Oregon Naturopathic and California Acupuncture (Category 1, Provider #015) pending approval
How do I get CE documentation?
Be sure to fill out your daily surveys on our app – this is what will track your CE. The AANP will distribute CE one month following the meeting. If you do not receive your CE within a month after the Convention please contact member.services@naturopathic.org.  
Can I receive partial CE credit?
Yes, attendees may receive partial CE credit based on individual session attendance.

Are AANP CEs from the Annual Convention good for California LAc CE for acupuncture? 

What should I do if I believe my Certificate of Attendance shows an incorrect CE credit or contains a typo?
Contact the AANP immediately at member.services@naturopathic.org with the following:
1. Your contact information (name, phone, e-mail, and address)
2. Meeting title
3. What you believe to be incorrect (my name is misspelled, etc.)
Providing AANP with this information will allow us to respond back to you quickly.
How do I obtain my CE Certificate of Attendance form?
Certificate of Attendance forms will be available via your AANP member profile, following the Convention. Non-AANP members will have a profile set-up for them using the email provided during registration.
Will Internet/Wi-Fi access be available at the Arizona Biltmore during the Annual Meeting?
Yes, free Internet/Wi-Fi access will be available at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel. Specifics regarding Internet access during the conference will be displayed throughout the meeting areas.
What is the dress code for the AANP Annual Convention?
Business casual attire is recommended for all conference sessions, the exhibit hall, and receptions, unless otherwise noted.
Can I extend my stay at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel? 
If you would like to arrive before the start of the convention, or to stay after the convention ends, you should contact the Biltmore at 1-800-950-0086. Dates before or after the AANP discounted room block may not be eligible for the discounted rate.

Which airports should I use for the convention? 
The closest airport is the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

What is the best method to get from the airport to the convention hotel and what is the estimated cost?
