What is included in my registration?
Fees include attendance to all program sessions, social events, some meals, receptions, as well as access to all exhibitor and sponsor displays. The Gala dinner is not included for students on Saturday, July 30.
I heard that there are pre-conference activities. How do I register for these?
There are pre-conference events and education programs being held Tuesday, July 26. You may register for these pre-conference events and education programs when you register for the conference.

Can I register for pre-conference activities without registering for the entire Convention?
Yes, registration for the pre-conference only is possible through the Annual Convention registration portal. 
Are hotel charges included in registration fees?
No, hotel charges are not included in the registration fee. Attendees must book their own hotel arrangements separately.  AANP has secured a block of rooms at the conference site, Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort, Salt Lake City, Utah. The room rates start at $129. To receive our special room rates, click here or call 1-800-232-9542 by July 2, 2016 to make your reservations.
I received a notice for discounted/complimentary registration. How do I register?
For those who receive a promotional code to receive a discounted registration online, please follow the instructions on your notification. If you registered before you received your discount notice, please contact member.services@naturopathic.org to request a modification of your registration fee.
Where can I pick up my badge?
You will receive your badge upon check-in at the meeting. Your badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in the online registration process.

Is CE credit available for meeting sessions?
Yes, the number of CE credits is based on your session/day attendance.
How do I get CE documentation?
The AANP will distribute CE one month following the meeting. If you do not receive your CE within a month after the convention please contact member.services@naturopathic.org.  
Can I receive partial CE credit?
Yes, attendees may receive partial CE credit based on individual session attendance.

Are AANP CEs from the Annual Convention good for California LAc CE for acupuncture? 

What should I do if I believe my Certificate of Attendance shows an incorrect CE credit or contains a typo?
Contact the AANP immediately at member.services@naturopathic.org with the following:
1. Your contact information (name, phone, e-mail, and address)
2. Meeting title
3. What you believe to be incorrect (my name is misspelled, etc.)
Providing AANP with this information will allow us to respond back to you quickly.
How do I obtain my CE Certificate of Attendance form?
Certificate of Attendance forms will be available via your AANP member profile. Non-AANP members will have a profile set-up for them using the email provided during registration.
Will Internet/Wi-Fi access be available at the Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort during the Annual Meeting?
Yes, free Internet/Wi-Fi access will be available at the Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort. Specifics regarding Internet access during the conference will be displayed throughout the meeting areas.

What is the dress code for the AANP Annual Convention?
Business casual attire is recommended for all conference sessions, the exhibit hall, and receptions, unless otherwise noted. Consumer Day, Saturday, July 30 attire is casual.
Can I extend my stay at the Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort?
If you would like to arrive in Utah before the start of the conference, or to stay after the convention ends, you should call the Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort directly to make your reservation. The AANP room rate is not available outside of the convention dates. Please call 1-800-232-9542 for assistance.

Which airports should I use for the convention? 
The closest airport is the Salt Lake City International Airport. It is 29 miles from the Resort, and takes about 40-45 minutes to reach the resort.

What is the best method to get from the airport to the convention hotel and what is the estimated cost?
Ground transportation is the best method and can be arranged when booking your room. The price is $72 round trip or $38 one way.

There are numerous attractions onsite and the surrounding Salt Lake City area.
