ALERT: Bylaw Changes
The House of Delegates will be voting on two small proposed bylaw changes to add an ex-officio seat to the Board of Directors for the Naturopathic Medical Student Association (NMSA) and the Institute for Natural Medicine (INM). Ex-officio seats do not have a vote on the board and are not funded by the AANP, but ensure that the AANP is collaborating at the highest strategic level with our naturopathic partner organizations to lead the profession. Please review the documents below to learn more about the bylaws changes.
